IMPORTANT: Any case of fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to bank chargebacks, misleading our team on scooter repairs and attempting warranty repairs without ownership by the original owner, may void your warranty.
ELECTRIC SCOOTER USAGE: Electric scooters have high speeds and advanced technology designed for responsible use with appropriate safety gears. Punk recommends adjusting your speed based on your surroundings and adhering to local laws. Helmets and other safety gears are strongly recommended for your safety. Scooters shall not be used while intoxicated. Please refrain from using the scooter on slippery surfaces. Scooters cannot be used with more than one rider, by a minor. Never use scooter if you don’t feel well enough to safely operate it. It is strongly advised to use the maximum speed of the scooter in a way that does not compromise your safety. We recommend using the scooter with the maximum speed only in designated safe spaces where there are no cars, pedestrians, animals, or obstacles that could pose a risk. Prioritize caution and adhere to recommended speed limits to ensure a secure and enjoyable riding experience.
SECTION 1 – COMMERCIAL POLICY OF THESE TERMS: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age and have a valid credit or debit card. You may not use this site or/and our products for any illegal activities.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: Punk Electric reserves the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate shipping and billing information for all purchases or refund requests made on this Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Prices for the products are subject to change without notice. The changes will take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site. Punk Electric shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. In case of technical problems, material errors or other inconveniences, if the price listed on the category pages and/or product cards is lower than the commonly known price of the chosen Product, Punk Electric may choose not to confirm the shipment and proceed with an immediate refund of the purchase value paid by you without the latter being able to raise objections in this regard.
You acknowledge that the stocks of Products offered on the Site are limited and that Punk Electric does not provide any guarantee regarding the availability of a Product. In any case, you will receive timely communication from the Punk Electric.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENT TERMS: Purchases can only be made with a credit/debit card or other payment method offered on the Site or accepted by Punk Electric. In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (such as the credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be forwarded via encrypted protocol to banks that provide related distance electronic payment. Punk Electric will not store such data in any computer archive and therefore cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
SECTION 6 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS: The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by you, through the courier specially appointed by Punk Electric. Shipping and handling fees will depend on the State where the goods will be shipped and, on the delivery, times requested by you.
SECTION 7 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

SECTION 12 – WARRANTIES: Punk Electric does not sell products that are irregular or of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market. The Customer cannot make claims for defective Products if these are the result of a modification made by the Customer or by third parties.
SECTION 13 – RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
1) Unopened & Unused Items: Duration: Within 15 days of purchase. Conditions: Items must remain unopened and unused. Process: Unopened items may be returned, subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer covering shipping costs.
2) Opened Merchandise – 15/15/20 Rule: Duration: 15 days from the date of purchase. Mileage Allowance: Less than 15 miles on the meter for eligible returns. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies. Packaging: Merchandise must be packed in its original packaging.
3) Exchange Merchandise: Processing Fee: Only the Payment Processing Fee is applicable for exchanges. Additional Fees: Shipping fee and restocking fee will be charged. Replacement Shipping: Shipping for replacement items is complimentary.
4) Spare Parts & Merchandise fall under the non-returnable category; once purchased, it’s a final sale.
5) Accessories & Upgrades can be returned or exchanged, provided they remain in their original, untouched packaging. Keep in mind, though, that return shipping costs are your responsibility in this case.
SECTION 14 – RETURN POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTY CLAUSE: Ensure that the products are sent back in its original box. No original box, no return will be processed.
Read carefully our limited warranty terms. Our 12 Month Limited Warranty is not transferable, so when you decide resell your scooter, the warranty doesn’t stand.

SECTION 18 – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: You acknowledge and agree that the use of Punk Electric’s products is at your own risk. Punk Electric Corp, its officers, employees, sub-contractors, authorized dealers, product reviewers, online marketers, and consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to the accident-related health problems, loss of life, damages to the property, damages for loss of profits, wages, goodwill, or any other damages both tangible and intangible due to the use, storage or resell of Punk scooters. You are solely responsible for the use of Punk products according to the local, state and federal regulations. You are responsible for studying and monitoring these regulations to make sure you comply with them.
